Just following up to see if your University was still interested in the
Segway Human Transporter (HT). 
Not only do we offer a 10% discount for campus purchase but we also have
signed up several
campuses to be "Segway friendly" in allowing free access to student and
faculty owners of Segway.
Universities include Duke, Stanford, Drexel and many more that are listed in

We also have Duke University Campus police that are using the Segways now on
campus.
If you would like some references, I would be happy to provide them to you. 

I hope your university will consider being one of such Segway friendly
